| In 1979, PAL partnered with Protect Our Nations Youth (PONY Baseball Inc.) to promote our core values: respect, honesty and good sportsmanship.
Over 12,000 youth, coaches, and volunteers participate annually in organized activities through San Jose PAL. These include football, baseball, girls softball, boxing, soccer, martial arts, youth with disabilities baseball, and Law Enforcement Cadet Program. Pony is structured into seven unique divisions with youth ages five to eighteen years of age. San Jose PAL is proud to have 28 teams in our league. After a prosperous 29 year partnership, PONY has awarded San Jose PAL the honor of hosting the 2008 Palomino World Series. Elite teams will earn the right to represent their country and demonstrate their skills. |
